EQ-i30

EQ-i30 is a Holistic Emotional intelligence model.  Research shows EQ and Resilient leadership is the greatest need for personal and organizational success. The EQi-30 model includes several facets that are not assessed or part of existing training models. EQ-i30 is a comprehensive holistic well-structured emotional intelligence assessment, incorporating six main competencies with five abilities in each competency.
